Lotus Leaf Coating
The screw surface is deposited with nano-scale nitrogen?oxygen composite crystals, featuring outstanding hydrophobicity, an ultra-high contact angle (>150°) and an ultra-low rolling angle (<5°), minimizing surface adhesion to an extremely low level.
The surface is self-lubricating, smoothly polished and rounded, with a fluid friction coefficient below 0.05. It fully integrates bionic principles with modern coating technology.
Performance Features
The screw base adopts imported Japanese SK353 alloy steel, processed by
1050℃ vacuum quenching and
three times of 550℃ tempering (4 hours each), achieving a matrix hardness of 58–62 HRC.
The surface Lotus Leaf Coating is 0.2 mm thick with a hardness of 1000 HV, delivering excellent red hardness and superior toughness. Its wear and corrosion resistance provide
three times longer service life than electroplating, making it ideal for medium wear, medium corrosion and anti-adhesion working conditions.
Applicable Conditions
It performs excellently in solving melt plastic adhesion and carbonization failures in the screw industry.
